This program is a 7 days a week program, each workout is anywhere from 25-35 minutes of strength-training and cardio.
The program #MBF is guided by Megan Davies, she will helps us get lean, strong,and healthy!
Following this program is #mbfa which is an advanced version designed to challenge you even more. I’ll talk more about this one later so be on the lookout for that!
#MBF is for ANYONE, no matter your fitness level or your experience level. You’ll only need dumbbells and a BOD Rope, the cordless indoor jump rope, to complete #mbf and #mbfa. (which I can get you set up with!)
