3 Day Refresh

First off let me tell you this refresh takes D I S C I P L I N E !
It was h.a.r.d.
But it was doable!
So some may wonder what the 3 day refresh is so let me give you a little background.
The 3 Day Refresh is designed to help you break the cycle of bad eating habits, lose a few pounds, support healthy digestion, and dramatically improve the way you feel—without giving up food!* (completely haha)

Now let me break it down by meal
W A K E U P – DRINK 8-12 OZ
- B R E A K F A S T
- Shakeology + fruit
- FIBER SWEEP
- L U N C H
- Vanilla fresh shake

- AFTERNOON SNACK
- Veggie + Healthy fat

So if you can follow this plan for 3 days you are good!
See, my struggle was simply drinking the shakes as well as the fiber sweep.
I’m not much of a shake/smoothie person, but I made it happen.
On day one I felt like I was starving myself honestly, I was SO hungry!
Day two and three however I didn’t feel that way. My body seemed to adjust fast.
Over the course of the three days I lost a total of 6 lbs.
I feel better overall and can definitely see a difference in my stomach area.
Now, let’s talk measurements!
I lost an inch in my waist + an inch in my hips!
That’s was surprising to me!
